How long is the delivery time?

Rohner will ship all items in stock immediately upon receipt of your order. You will therefore receive the goods within 1 to 2 working days, but at the latest after 4 working days. 

If certain items are not immediately available due to high demand, you will be notified of the expected delivery period by e-mail, or the amount already paid will be refunded immediately.

When does the delivery start to be free of postage?

Switzerland
For packaging and shipping we charge you CHF 2.50 within Switzerland.
For orders within Switzerland over CHF 90.00 Jacob Rohner AG will pay the shipping costs.

EU countries
For all other countries in the EU, the shipping costs will be visible after entering the address.
For orders within the EU over EUR 90.00 Jacob Rohner AG will pay the shipping costs.

Other countries outside the EU
The costs for packaging and shipping per shipment for deliveries outside the EU are shown in the table below. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to countries which are not shown in the table.
For orders from the USA and Canada over USD 90.00, Jacob Rohner AG will pay the shipping costs.

Where are our socks produced?

Our products are produced in Europe (Portugal and Italy), the development takes place in Switzerland. 

In which larger stores are Rohner socks and stockings offered?

e.g. Coop, Manor, Migros, Migros SporXX, Globus, Jelmoli, Volg...

Can the socks be sent in an envelope?

No, because we don't have a package number and we can't track the package.

Can Rohner socks be dried in a tumbler?

Generally not, since the socks could shrink.

Will used goods be taken back?

No, we only take back unworn goods.

How long is the right of return?

You can cancel your contract within 30 days without giving reasons in writing (eg letter, fax, e-mail) or - if the goods before the deadline - by returning the goods. The time limit begins after receipt of this notification in writing, but not before receipt of the goods by the consignee (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also does not fulfill our obligations under Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 paragraph 1 and 2 EGBGB and our obligations under § 312e paragraph 1 sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. The timely dispatch of the revocation or the item shall be sufficient to comply with the revocation period. The revocation is to be addressed to:
