Foot health

Good socks protect the health of the feet. They also prevent injuries to the skin and soft tissues.

How does that work? By reducing the stress caused by pressure and impact when walking. They also reduce shear forces and relieve the feet accordingly.

Our feet are very complex. Many health features of the whole body can be stimulated on the feet via trigger points. This is used a lot in naturopathic practice. Good socks are therefore elementary for our health.

Well-designed socks and suitable materials help regulate moisture. There are about 125,000 sweat glands on the underside of the foot. These can soften the soles of the feet, making them more susceptible to blisters and injuries.

When walking or running, the feet expand, lengthen and flatten with each step. During rest, they return to their original shape and size. Our socks are designed and manufactured with the dynamic nature of the foot in mind. They protect the feet during these movements in the shoes.

Advantages of a well-designed sock:

- Reduction of stress

- Reduce pressure and shear forces

- Serve as a "seal" for the feet, protecting them from static charges

- Regulating moisture and thus preventing blisters and injuries
