These General Terms and Conditions apply to all business relationships between customers and Jacob Rohner AG that are handled via the online shop.

The prices displayed in the online shop are binding. You will receive the statutory VAT.
For deliveries to Switzerland this is 7.7% of the value of the goods, for deliveries to the EU this is 19% (16% for Germany until 31.12.2020), i.e. the German VAT rate applies. rate will apply.
For deliveries outside the EU and Switzerland, no VAT will be charged, the goods will be shipped with a customs declaration.
Depending on the recipient country, the corresponding customs duties and goods import tax rates apply. The payment of these duties and taxes is the responsibility of the buyer.

§3 Vouchers
No more than one voucher can be used for an order(not cumulative).

§4 Shipping costs share
Switzerland
For packaging and shipping we charge you a share of CHF 7.00 within Switzerland .
For orders within Switzerland over CHF 90.00 Jacob Rohner AG will pay the shipping costs.

EU countries
For all other countries in the EU the shipping costs will be shown after entering the address .
For orders within the EU over EUR 90.00 Jacob Rohner AG will pay the shipping costs.

Other countries outside the EU
You can see the costs for packaging and shipping per shipment for deliveries outside the EU under Shipping and costs. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to countries that are not listed in the table.
For orders from the USA and Canada over USD 90.00 Jacob Rohner AG will pay the shipping costs.

§5 Contract and conclusion of purchase
When the customer concludes an order process and sends one or more orders to Jacob Rohner AG, a contractual relationship exists between Jacob Rohner AG and the customer according to the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR).
Jacob Rohner AG, as well as the customer, can withdraw from the contract without giving reasons. A declaration of withdrawal must be made in writing within 30 days with acknowledgement of receipt, this can expressly also be made by e-mail.

§6 Notification of Defects
The buyer can claim a notification of defects immediately after receipt of the goods. Jacob Rohner AG undertakes to replace defective goods within a reasonable period of time or to refund the purchase price to the buyer. The buyer must send the defective goods in unused condition to Jacob Rohner AG.

§7 Delivery
This takes place, depending on the delivery address in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, within 1-2 working days after receipt of order. For international deliveries, shipping may take longer.
If the goods are not in stock, the customer will be informed immediately.

§8 Payment
This is done as requested in the web store. Not paid goods belong to Jacob Rohner AG until full payment. Advance payment in the e-shop via offered credit cards or Paypal systems.

Purchase on invoice with installment facility (POWERPAY)

MF Group / POWERPAY offers the payment method "Purchase on invoice" as an external payment service provider. With the single invoice you can easily pay your online purchase by invoice. If you choose not to pay within the specified time frame, you will receive a monthly invoice with an order summary in the following month.

When the purchase contract is concluded, POWERPAY takes over the invoice claim that has arisen and handles the corresponding payment modalities. With purchase on account you accept in addition to our terms and conditions, the terms and conditions of POWERPAY. (powerpay.ch/en/agb).

• Invoice: The payment period is 14 days from dispatch of the goods/ticket/ or, in the case of other services, the provision of the service. You can find the invoice conditions here.
• Instalment purchase: With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly instalments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least EUR 6.95) or under the conditions otherwise specified in the checkout. §9 Warranties
Swiss legislation expressly applies, warranties must be sent to Jacob Rohner AG by registered letter by post.
If it concerns quality complaints, a simple e-mail is sufficient and Jacob Rohner AG will endeavor to provide an immediate replacement.
The yarns and other fabrics processed by Jacob Rohner AG meet the standards of the textile finishing laws, we strongly recommend that all newly purchased textiles are always washed at least once before wearing in accordance with the washing instructions on the packaging.

§10 Data protection
All data required for ordering is stored by us and treated confidentially. This data will not be made available to third parties.
The payment method data is transmitted in encrypted form and is NOT stored.
The customer can request the deletion of his data at any time upon simple request, which will then be immediately reconfirmed by Jacob Rohner AG.

§11 Place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively with place of jurisdiction in Balgach.
