These General Terms and Conditions apply to all business relationships between customers and Jacob Rohner AG that are processed via the online store.
§2 PricesThe prices displayed in the online store are binding. You will receive the statutory VAT.
For deliveries to Switzerland this is 7.7% of the value of the goods, for deliveries to the EU this is 19% (16% for Germany until 31.12.2020), i.e. the German VAT rate applies. approach applies.
For deliveries outside the EU and Switzerland, no VAT is charged, the goods are shipped customs declared.
Depending on the recipient country, the corresponding customs duties and import tax rates apply. Payment of these duties and taxes is the responsibility of the buyer.
§3 Vouchers
When placing an order not more than one voucher can be used (not cumulative).
§4 Shipping costs
Switzerland
We charge CHF 7.00 for packaging and shipping within Switzerland.
For orders over CHF 90.00 within Switzerland, Jacob Rohner AG will pay the shipping costs.
EU countries
For all other countries in the EU, the shipping costs will be shown after entering the address.
For orders within the EU over EUR 90.00, Jacob Rohner AG will pay the shipping costs.
Other countries outside the EU
The costs for packaging and shipping per shipment for deliveries outside the EU can be found under Shipping and costs. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to countries that are not listed in the table.
For orders from the USA and Canada over USD 90.00, Jacob Rohner AG will cover the shipping costs.
§5 Contract and conclusion of purchase
When the customer completes an order process and sends one or more orders to Jacob Rohner AG, a contractual relationship exists between Jacob Rohner AG and the customer in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR).
Jacob Rohner AG, as well as the customer, can withdraw from the contract without giving reasons. A declaration of withdrawal must be made in writing within 30 days with confirmation of receipt, this can also be done expressly by e-mail.
§6 Notification of defects
The buyer can make a complaint immediately upon receipt of the goods. Jacob Rohner AG undertakes to replace defective goods within a reasonable period of time or to refund the purchase price to the buyer. The buyer must send the defective goods to Jacob Rohner AG in unused condition.
§7 Delivery
Depending on the delivery address in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, delivery will be made within 1-2 working days of receipt of the order. For international deliveries, shipping may take longer.
If the goods are not in stock, the customer will be informed immediately.
§8 Payment
This takes place as requested in the Web Shop. Unpaid goods remain the property of Jacob Rohner AG until full payment has been made. Prepayment in the e-shop via the credit card or Paypal systems offered.

Purchase on account with installment facility (POWERPAY)
As an external payment service provider, MF Group / POWERPAY offers the payment method "purchase on account". With the single invoice, you can simply pay for your online purchase by invoice. If you choose not to pay within the specified time frame, you will receive a monthly invoice with an order overview in the following month.
When the purchase contract is concluded, POWERPAY takes over the invoice claim and processes the corresponding payment modalities. When purchasing on account, in addition to our general terms and conditions, you accept the GTC of POWERPAY. (powerpay.ch/en/agb).

The use of the payment methods invoice, installment purchase requires a positive credit check. Further information and Klarna's terms of use can be found here. Your personal data will be processed by Klarna in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations and in accordance with the information in Klarna's privacy policy will be treated.
- Invoice: The payment period is 14 days from dispatch of the goods/ticket/ or, in the case of other services, the provision of the service. You can find the billing conditions here.
- Installment purchase: With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least EUR 6.95) or under the conditions otherwise specified in the checkout. Payment by installments is due at the end of each month after Klarna has sent you a monthly invoice. §9 Warranties
Swiss legislation expressly applies; warranties must be sent to Jacob Rohner AG by registered mail.
In the case of quality complaints, a simple e-mail is sufficient and Jacob Rohner AG will endeavor to provide an immediate replacement.
The yarns and other fabrics processed by Jacob Rohner AG meet the standards of the textile finishing laws. We strongly recommend that all newly purchased textiles are always washed at least once before wearing in accordance with the washing instructions on the packaging.
§10 Data protection
All data required for ordering is stored by us and treated confidentially. This data will not be made available to third parties.
The payment method data is transmitted in encrypted form and is NOT stored.
The customer can request the deletion of his data at any time upon simple request; this will then be confirmed immediately by Jacob Rohner AG.

§11 Place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively with the place of jurisdiction in Balgach.
